Introduction
Home4me, Inc. is a non-profit organization established in August 2017. Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH) licenses it for the purpose of providing quality services to individuals with intellectual and physical challenges.
The principal customer of Home4me, Inc. is the Developmental Disability Administration (DDA) and the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH). Home4me, Inc. works to create an environment where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities have and enjoy equal rights and opportunities.

We believe that any individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities should be fully integrated into the community and live a well-fulfilled life.
Our belief is founded on our commitment to enrich and empower individuals with developmental disabilities to set personal goals and have satisfying, happy lives by establishing guidance and opportunity so that they can achieve true community integration, and live life to the fullest as each is capable to achieve.
Our Work
Home4me, Inc. is an organization, which is dedicated to the rights and quality of life of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We do this through public policy, advocacy, public awareness, and training. We are on the front line to ensure that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families have the support and services they need to be fully engaged in their communities.
Board of Directors
The quality of our services at Home4me, Inc. is based on the commitment and dynamism of the Board of Directors. Our Board members contribute to the strategic planning process and provide valuable support to the Executive Management.
The Board of Directors consists of the Chairman and other members that provide a diverse knowledge base and skill set with staunch experience in the Education, Management, and Nursing field.

We pursue a community effort dedicated to supporting the lives of adults with intellectual developmental disabilities through personalized, expertly – designed supports and services coordinated to empower individuals to pursue a life that embodies their individuality, gifts, and aspirations.
- Each person with developmental disabilities would have access to a wide range of experiences, support, teaching, and technology to learn and practice new skills, engage in activities that are purposeful and productive, and make contributions to others, in typical community environments that are safe and healthy.
